Welcome to my pottery web page!

It all began in the summer of 1998 when I began taking pottery classes through our local parks department. It was inexpensive and I had always appreciated pottery, so I decided to give it a try. Thanks to my instructor Lena Lucas, I found that by means of pottery I could express things in a different visual manner than I could through painting or photography.

I've tried a variety of ideas with the clay: some have worked, and some have been... learning experiences. All have made me a much better potter than I was when I started. So with the help of my dumb husband I now have this space on the web to showcase and share some of my works ... many of which are now in happy little homes across the U.S. And while most of these pieces have homes, some may still be with me and up for adoption. I'm also open to suggestions; so if you're looking for something to brighten up your home and life (which is to say, something you wish I'd make so you could buy it from me), please send me an email.

I've taken up enough of your time on this page. Have a wander through the gallery links above and see my creations -- I hope you enjoy them as much I have.
